Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate the service, including account and contact details, club and player data, event data, rankings, results, private club Chat messages and mentions, subscription status, support messages, device and browser data, IP address, logs, cookies, and local storage.
Private Club Chat
Private club Chat is available only to authenticated approved members and organizers of the selected club. Every approved member can view club Chat conversations even when they are not registered for the related event. Organizers can moderate messages and may restrict who can post.
Chat history is retained until an authorized deletion or backup restore replaces it. Deleting a message removes its content but leaves a visible deletion notice. A restored backup may restore earlier Chat records, including deletion notices, mentions, and read state. Chat notification emails and push notifications identify the sender and conversation without including the message body.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Tactica Pickleball does not store full card numbers. We receive only the payment and subscription metadata needed to manage access, support, accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, operate the app, manage subscriptions, provide support, send service emails, protect the service, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the product.
Consent and Limits
We collect, use, and disclose personal information for reasonable purposes and with consent where required by Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA where it applies. We limit collection, use, disclosure, and retention to what is reasonably needed.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with Stripe, hosting providers, email, support, analytics, logging, and security tools, professional advisors, tax authorities, and authorities where required or permitted by law.
Processing Outside Canada
Some providers, including Stripe and hosting services, may process or store information outside Canada. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, including legal, tax, accounting, security, and business needs. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies, local storage, service worker storage, and similar technologies to keep the app working, maintain sessions, remember settings, support installed app behavior, improve reliability, and protect the service.
Your Rights
Subject to legal limits, you may request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, withdraw consent where available, or ask questions about our privacy practices. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children and Minors
Tactica Pickleball is intended for club and league administration and is not directed to children. If information about a minor is entered by a club, league administrator, parent, guardian, or authorized user, that user is responsible for having the required authority and consent.

Acceptance
By accessing or using Tactica Pickleball, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
The Service
Tactica Pickleball is software for pickleball clubs and leagues to manage players, events, rankings, results, and related administration.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share account access except as allowed by your subscription and the service settings.
Subscriptions and Payments
An active subscription may be required to use some or all of the service. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe. Failed payments may suspend or limit access, and taxes may apply.
Cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again. Access usually continues until the end of the paid period, but the exact behavior depends on the Stripe and app subscription settings in effect at the time of cancellation.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. If you believe there was a billing error or duplicate charge, contact support@tacticapickleball.com within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.
Club and Player Data
You are responsible for the accuracy, authority, and lawful use of player, event, ranking, result, private club Chat message, and club data that you enter, import, manage, or share through the service.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse player data, scrape or harvest data, reverse engineer the service, attack or interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, share credentials improperly, bypass access controls, or use the service in a way that violates law or harms Tactica Pickleball, users, clubs, or players.
Intellectual Property
Pickle Smart owns Tactica Pickleball, including the app, brand, software, design, workflows, content, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Tactica Pickleball or its intellectual property to you.
Availability and Changes
We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is and as available. Rankings, results, and league outputs depend on user-entered data and settings, and Tactica Pickleball is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete data.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickle Smart and Tactica Pickleball are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or loss of goodwill. You agree to indemnify and hold Pickle Smart harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal risk, violation of these Terms, or conduct that may harm users, clubs, players, or Tactica Pickleball.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal laws.
